  • You do not need to give a reason.
  • To cancel, contact us by email or via our contact form within 14 days of delivery.

Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • It is unused and in resaleable condition
  • It is in the original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts are included

Returns are not accepted if the item:

  • Has been used, installed, or assembled
  • Is damaged after delivery
  • Has been altered
  • Is a custom or made-to-order product

How to Return an Item

  • Contact us first to request a return authorisation
  • Do not send items back without approval
  • Returns are collected by our nominated courier
  • Items must be ready for collection as supplied

Because we work with third-party suppliers, returns must follow this process to ensure items are correctly received and processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we cover all return costs

Original delivery charges are refunded only when required by law.

Refunds

  • We inspect returned items once received
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may refuse the refund or apply a deduction.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • We will arrange collection at no cost to you

You may choose:

  • A full refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items used beyond reasonable inspection
  • Items damaged after delivery
